hey guys I just have one question-how many of you has a problem with the 20" iMac?I had a plan to buy that iMac and today I realise your problems with the vertical lines...now I don`t know what to do.Are you sure about this problem?And if you have problem,return the computer back and take your money...I`m going to buy that iMac 20" and also I`ll buy AppleCare Protection Plan,so if smth is wrong in 3 years I can return it back...am I right?

I have an Intel Core 2 Duo with a CK7140... number and the same problem appeared 13 month after the end of warranty.
I won't buy the next generation of iMacs (aluminum); I'll wait for the next one. In the meantime I plan to use an external monitor because it is cheaper than repearing without warranty.
Next time I'll buy the AppleCare plan. Even though I think Apple has screwed up.
